Buying Hiring for "Keyword Grouping Tool" project

    This will allow you to input a long list of keywords and it will group the keywords by related phrases. I am looking to have this built out into a web tool (PHP, javascript, etc.) to be used for later additions onto the tool.

    Basically, when you submit a list of keywords, this tool will sort and organize them based on the criteria that you select.
