Well i'm almost 10-12 hours a day online. I'm 22 years old, know loads about pc and servers (windows based) living in the Netherlands. Have my own website. For $2 a hour. Low quality is what your going to get. Might as well post that you got scam now and save yourself the trouble of posting it later. "I hired someone to work for me, but they didn't do the job", and the other person's "They didn't pay me for the job I did". You should hire yourself some 3rd world people that are homeless on the streets for this rate your paying. Or some kid that doesn't know any better, but still low quality work.
