I need a flash designer to make this work, description is below. Item Needing Flash: Description: Each channel will play a different video, I would actually like the channels to be added to make that one channel bar full, when they click a channel and it's playing obviously that channel needs to look like the Channel 3 one does and then when they choose a different one that will go back to normal. Each channel can just link to say like, channel1.mp3 or something simliar and when I want to change the thing that is playing on that channel I will just overwrite that mp3 file on my FTP. It needs to obviously have the bar and the time to work along with the length of the movie, and display the title of the channel which should be editable for me in an xml or txt file or something. I will also need a short flash thing made that will display if there is no mp3 file to read for that specific channel then it will display like, novideo.mp3 and I will need you to make that something like a tv static type thing saying, this channel is temporarily down with the tv static sound and whatnot.
