Buying Hiring Expert Designer (5+ years PSD website design experience)

I am seeking the best designer available on DP. You must have 5+ years experience in design and have a +30 Itrader rating, unless you really think you can cover this criteria. I am only looking for someone who can create stunning and unique designs.

If you can make a better design than ebay, then you may be perfect for this job. I am willing to pay a large amount, and that is very negotiable, so please send me portfolio. If you don't have a portfolio, then don't waste your time to pm me.

I have one small innocent question for you..
I really think that I am capable of providing the quality you want along with more then 5 years experience in design but Digital point is not my primary source of work so my I-trader doesn't fulfill your criteria. My question is that if I don't fulfill only this requirement, does that mean I cannot apply for this job ?

 

Everyone that posted here on the thread clearly didn't read my post. 97% of my private messages were not qualified as well and are not what i'm looking for. If you do not get a reply, it is because you were not smart enough to read my thread obviously, or your designs are not what i'm looking for.
