[Hiring] Experienced web designer - XHTML + CSS

    Hello,

    We are currently looking for an experienced web designer who can work on a few websites for us, these will range from free hosting websites to private company sites.

    Our budget would be around $300-500 per website and we require around 4 sites.

    Each website would need to be coded in strict html and use css. We require the designer to be on time and able to make changes when required, it may take time to find the design that works well for both parties.
