Buying Hiring Employees

    I am starting a new web design/web development along with marketing company. Its all going to be 1 company.

    I am hiring 2-3 people to work as freelancers for me (pay per project)

    I will need the employee to be able to do:

    1. Web Design
    2. HTML/CSS/PHP Coding
    3. Web Design to Wordpress Integration
    4. SEO
    5. Link Building
    6. Article Writing
    7. Social media integration
    8. Be online very often at least 12 hours a day.
