I'm hiring 1 or 2 people to do the following: 1. Research PLR content for our customers to buy so they can start building an subscriber list 2. Set up customer Aweber accounts. 3. Set up Facebook API codes for customers 4. Answer customer support tickets You should feel comfortable making changes inside WordPress and cPanel (if necessary) and have a friendly and helpful manner. Email support only, but we are upgrading to Basecamp to allow for collaboration among team members. This is possibly a long-term job and good experience to have for other similar CSR positions. You don't need a degree, just some knowledge of the above. We really need someone familiar with Aweber and setting things up for email campaigns (so that is a plus if you already know Aweber fairly well) Just PM if interested. 2-3 hours a day, Mon-Fri at first, maybe more or less later, depending.
