    We are willing to hire an online support chat staff in timezone -5 and payout is 1 cent per minute chat.

    For 60 cents an hour, what kind of service do you expect? I'd like more details on what will be required of this job where I would make $6 for a 10-hour shift.

    I do have people who can work for this but a cent for a min, are u sure this is what u meant? I guess thats really low, no matter what u are dealing with. Anyways, if thats the case i wish you good luck in finding the right prospects :)

    it's not as if there asking some one to do loads and loads of coding etc

    it is just talking to people the same way you would on MSN or AIM

    What kind of support are you needing here?

    1 cent per 1 min chat is quite too low...a minimum would be 10-15/ hour.
