    Affiliate Recruiter Job Opening

    We have an opening for an affiliate recruiter with a new Outsourced affiliate management company. We’re looking for a proactive, results driven self starter willing to take the rains and recruit top affiliates for our managed programs.

    Required Skills:

    • English as your primary language
    • Good sales skills – you need to be able to sell affiliates on the programs
    • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and affiliate programs are a must
    • Comfortable on the phone as well as via email/IM contacts with prospective affiliates
    • 1+ years of online marketing, sales, affiliate marketing or affiliate management experience
    • Knowledge of online metrics and payment models — CPM, CPA, CPC, CPL
    • Great sense of follow-up and follow-through
    • Email delivery, Can-Spam Compliance, and light HTML knowledge is a plus
    • Ability to write engaging emails to entice partners to join our programs in promotional campaigns, as needed.
    • Some experience with writing sales copy is a plus!
    • Has great communication skills
    • Has in depth knowledge of e-commerce and affiliate marketing
    • Is able to build and sustain affiliate relationships
    • Has strong negotiation skills
    • Has a high degree of attention to detail
    • Excels at verbal/written communication, presentation, and customer service
    • Is willing and eager to learn.
    • Proactive, self starter – self motivated!

    Duties:

    This will primarily be an affiliate recruiter position with the possibility to grow/promote into an affiliate manager capacity. Your primary duty will be recruiting affiliates through any/all means and assisting them get started in the affiliate programs.

    • Research and identify top tier affiliate publishers and super affiliates
    • Pre-qualify affiliate prospects using a variety of available Internet tools and keen industry expertise
    • Develop, maintain, and extend relationships with affiliate partners through community outreach in key industry forums and directories
    • Increase brand awareness using various marketing channels such as forums, communities and social networks
    • Strategize and execute promotional campaigns
    • Establish market verticals based on the client’s target market and program – and then recruit affiliates within those verticals
    • Follow up with and assist current inactive affiliates become active promoting the program(s)
    • Work in a team fashion with co-workers for the purpose of coordinating the needs of our customer base with lead flow.
    • Be willing and able to pick up various marketing tasks (i.e. blog posts and forum participation) as needed!

    This is a telecommute position: We do require that you live within the United States, Canada, UK or Australia.

    Pay:

    Pay will be based on experience. This will be a base salary per program per month + performance bonuses based upon the program performance.
