I am looking for a designer for a local news site, the url is http://www.eupnews.com I am looking for a theme along the lines of http://www.alltop.com, except with a javascript slider on top for photo thumbnails (like the current one on EUP news). The difference between alltop.com and this site will be that there will also be a small preview from the article (using page break) under each title, and it will use the categories of the blog as the title headlines. I have a sketch that I will post later, to show more of what I mean, but basically it is a minimalist design and must be done to my standards.
