HIRING A WEBSITE PROGRAMMER/DESIGNER This will be a long term project developing and maintaining websites for a growing entertainment media company. Intially you will start with creating a number of websites that match the project briefs we give you. We will then update you with new features and developments for these websites. Occassionally we may launch new sites in which case you will recieve the brief and develop. Essentially you will be our full time web developer but you will be working in hours to suit you. We don't care when you work or if some days you work longer than others. Only that matters is that you are completing the task set in good time. We will pay per hour and you can choose to have this paid to you weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.
