I am looking for an experienced U.S based Webmaster/Writer/SEO for part time work. Job hours: 20 hours per week Expected skill-set: Webmaster skills - Should be able to create an account in WHM, install Wordpress, setup necessary plugins, upload theme and setup a working blog - all within 15 minutes. Should be able to project manage from 'domain to ranking', i.e. should be able to execute projects independently when just given an idea with a domain to take it right from site installation, content creation and SEO to a ranking and monetization stage with outsourcing where needed. Should be able to independently manage a portfolio of approximately 30 websites. Should be able to create a blueprint for the progress of each site and a road map with milestones on how to achieve this step by step, with weekly project tracking. Should be able to create a project scope document for outsourcing technical and other website development on elance, odesk etc. Writer skills - Should be able to write *high quality* articles mainly on Car/Auto Insurance, Healthcare Education (Nursing, Pharmacy Tech, Phlebotomy, Physical assisting, Medical assisting, Dental assisting, EMT, X-Ray Tech etc.), and generally on several other topics. Should be able to output at least 1,000 words of ready to publish, edited and proof-read content per hour. Should be able to outsource articles to other writers, check their work to ensure quality standards, handle accounting and maintain a spreadsheet of all their work. Should be able to maintain a steady roster of topics/work for self and other writers. SEO skills - Should be able to design a linkwheel or at the very least execute on a provided design by creating web 2.0 properties, submitting articles, social bookmarking, blog commenting etc. Should be proficient with using SEO software Should be able to provide a worksheet of all work done neatly arranged in tabs with live url's of articles, comments, bookmarks and logins. Should be able to document rankings for multiple sites and keywords on a weekly basis, track progress and report. Should be able to independently set up a zero-cost SEO strategy for a portfolio of sites for white-hat link building. Should be able to get at least 10 high quality organic links per week to a portfolio of sites through webmaster requests in addition to 100 links per week through above means. Contactability - Should be available on phone, skype and email 4 hours per day, preferably between 9 am - 7 pm PST. Work ethic - Should be honest, ethical, responsible and dependable. Should be a self starter with excellent time management and project management skills. Others - Should be able to provide at least one work reference.
