Buying Hiring a travel niche PHP site network manager - ongoing gig $$$

I am looking for someone experienced in running a niche site network to manage all of my travel sites. I run a large network and am overwhelmed lately as it is rapidly growing and need assistance. This is ongoing work that requires weekly contact Monday - Friday during my 9-5 in GMT -4 timezone in Canada. I am not expecting anyone to work on weekends, but you can if you like

Our ideal candidate consists of someone with the following:

• Good english skills and decent grammar
• Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or CMS like Wordpress or Drupal
• Basic knowledge of Adsense units and code
• Experience with Google Webmaster Tools
• Basic understanding of SEO
• A fast internet connection and decent computer
• Contact availability during the week through Skype or email
• A great hardworking attitude
• Writing skills a plus
• The drive to succeed and make money!

Job Duties would include:

• Transferring newly acquired sites to my hosting account
• Improving any new sites, such as deleting copied content and replacing
• Updating sites weekly with new content either written by you or my team of writers
• Correcting any site errors caused by transfers or updates
• Keeping track of sites through Webmaster Tools and fixing any errors
• Implementing Adsense and banner ad codes
• Inserting Analytics tracking code
• On page optimization procedures to follow my SEO practices
