Hiring a team Marketers/Promoters/SEO/LinkBuilders/Article Writers/ Content posters

I would like to hire a team of marketers for ongoing project for our website. I have a money making website that i would like to promote to the top again.
You will work closely with me, and we will look at my competitors together.

I would therefor require a team of people that can:

1. SEO.
2. Link Building.
3. Article writing.
4. Analyze traffic of my competitors and get us ranked well for some keywords.
5. Get us inn to facebook/twitter etc etc... social media.
6. Create some content and monitor the forum folders.
7. Post our site info and link in many do follow directories.
8. Market us to many money making monitors, we will discuss this point closely.
9. You should know something about programming/VB forum/Designs in general or have someone
that deals with such.
10. Show us site you have done well for, suggest other ways to get us to the top, work hard
to put us at the top, and not show forget about this project if you have several others.

We used to be 6000 in alexa at best, and now have fallen to 46k.
Unfortunately our advertisers often just look at Pagerank and alexarank before
they buy ads with us.

So a serious team, with a consept of how to get our site to the top. We still do well, but need to
market it maximum.

Price, time, plan of promotion of the site, your success stories should motivate us to pick you.
