I need a coder to turn my PSD into valid XHTML 1.0 Strict + valid CSS (Tableless)

I need it to be completed within 6 hours from when we both agree with everything.

FYI, my design has a header, a footer, and 3 columns (2 sidebars, 1 main content) - fixed size - rollover text & image menus
