Hiring a power user on StumbleUpon / Digg / for Promotion?

Is this a strategy anyone has used? If so how would you go about finding an individual. I am looking to share high quality content on these social networking sites but do not use them myself. So if I were to submit content it would go nowhere fast. I don't necessarily consider this black hat since we will be sharing high quality content...thoughts?

It's worth hiring power users to promote your websites to directories and social networking sites. Go to Fiverr or DP BST section and hire people.

Its a very good idea and it will work if you are going to submit great content (otherwise I don't think that a good account will actually push it)
