Buying Hiring a PHP Mysql coder for creating a small CMS

    We need a PHP and Mysql based CMS. We have a team of designers who will work on design and template. However We need someone to create the following.
    1) member login system
    2) WYSIWYG box for adding pages and content.
    3) Display of added pages in desired format.
    4) admin panel to manage content and members.


    If you are interested in the project PM me the budget, your location (country), samples of previous work.

    We are in process of creating a detailed document of project and all details will given once a person is hired for a job (around next week).

    We have low budget and choice of person hired will depend much on the price quoted.

    EDIT; I want a rough price quote. So do mention it in your PMs
