Buying Hiring a PHP Developer With Amazon AWS Experience

I am looking to hire a php programmer who knows aws and amazon API.

We are currently building a new system, and you will be assisting our lead developer with this.

Skills required:
- Able to speak Russian or Ukrainian + English
- Able to work with PHP backends
- Experience with Amazon AWS
- Experience with API Development

ill be an ongoing role of 20 hours a week to start.

We're looking for someone who's a self-starter, you don't have to be extremely experienced, but you have to be willing to learn fast.

Pay will be $200/week to start, and bonuses will be added on top after 3 months depending on performance. We are very generous towards our developers, and one of our main developers now earns $4k/month, so rest assured, we pay well, but we don't want time wasters.
