Hiring a Link exchanger and directory submit person? Where do I post?

    Ok, let me guess, I am going to get banned again just like I did a few minutes ago for posting on link exchanging.

    Where do you post when you are looking to hire someone to do link exchanging, getting inbound links, directory submission etc. ?

    I don't want to get banned for this post. I simply want to hire someone.
