I need to hire a keyword researcher to pick my niche/keyword. What I need: A keyphrase (3-8 words, like 'how to change a tire') The keyphrase needs to have over 5,000 (I'd prefer over 10,000) searches per month in the Google Keyword Tool. (I need those searches to be 'Exact' not broad. So make sure to select 'Exact' under "Match Types") The keyphrase needs to have less than 5,000 (I'd prefer less than 1,000) results in Google, in quotes. So get the keyphrase, wrap it in quotes "" and search in Google. The keyphrase must be part of a niche that is easy to write many articles about. So, 'how to change a tire' is part of the Cars niche, it's easy to write a lot of articles about cars. So, once you've found a keyphrase, PM it to me, along with your price and if it meets all specifications I'll buy it.
Whatever it takes. Obviously I wont pay something outrageous. But if the keyword is good enough I'll pay whatever the researcher quotes.

I have a key phrase which I come across when doing a clients website it has about 18,000 searches a month and about 21,000 :\ let me know if its any good to you. Just had another look and got one closly related to the other phrase which gets 18,100 searches and has 11,700 results
