Hiring a Good Flash Banner Designer

    Hi all, I'm looking for someone that can design really slick flash banners in all usually affiliate banner sizes including: 468 x 60, 300 x 250, 160 x 600, 125 x 125, 728 x 90, etc.

    Files can't be larger than 1 MB. Please show me some of your examples. These are for affiliate programs like: dating, insurance, furniture, electronics, etc. If you got the skill, him me up..IM is fine:
