Hiring a Freelancer to Secure PR4 Links???

Obviously I am new to this forum so go easy!

I have a one month old site with really good content and pr0.

I am tempted to put out a job for bid on one of the freelance bid sites to have freelancers bid on providing one way, themed links, hopefully using white hat techniques.

I'm told that these links can be provided in the $4-6 each range.

Is this plausible? Has anyone heard of folks who succeeded at the approach I am considering?

Can anyone suggest a reputable company or freelancer for this type of service? I know there are tons of posers in this field.

    Thanks

You can search for 'link building' in the Services section under the buy-sell-trade area of this forum for link building services. Some threads have many many positive feedbacks and have been going for a year or more.

$4-6 sounds too cheap for relevant permanent PR4 links. If you find such a deal let me know, I'd take as many of those as I can get!

You can find those links for free with articles, directory submission and even asking sites. Tell them, (without selling your site) that your site would be a valuable resource for their site and will build thier credibility etc.
