Hello and thanks in advance, I need to hire a contractor (copywriter) but I also need her to sign an agreement so that she won't bypass me and offer her services to my clients behind my back. What kind of agreement will she have to sign? Thanks !
Google for "non compete agreement" - you will find many versions. However, if she's in another country (or even in the same) you may find it difficult to track and enforce. Think through other precautions including not giving her access to client info / where you get customers from, etc.
IMO,this kind of job is only enforceable if only the agreement is endorse by a certified lawyer. So,you better hire a lawyer and he will do the job for you.
