I need someone who can do dofollow blog commenting for Arts & Humanities related URLs. The URLs are 39 in number. What I expect: PR3 and up back links. Each URL gets at least five (5) back links. Nothing spammy. Manual commenting only to be done after reading the post. I'm not interested in automating the process. An Excel report of the full details where my back links can be located.
