I sell different types of content related products on one of my websites and I have a long term relationship with lots of serious customers. Long story short, I have an established pipeline of volume and an established copy writing business. I need 2-3 writers to join my team. Work is done through a custom built online platform, where each writer is able to login and see the tasks that are available for work. Nice, clean and well organized. I see some people trying to be smart. I will not argument myself for the sole purpose that I don't feel like explaining to anyone...and especially a guy with 30 posts ..made in 3 years as to how and why I am posting this recruitment thread. This is the first stage of candidates to be evaluated. How I do my business is none of anyone's business...especially for mentally hindered entrepreneur wannabes. And for the smartasses.....I will say only this:..you know, there are two types of people. The first type are people that are creative and have ideas...visions...which are eventually turned into reality. The second type of people are scavengers, which lurk around here for no other purpose than to try figure out how the other people are doing it. If you lurk some more you will find out that I closed some of the biggest deals on sp and dp for the last 2-3 years. Question is, which one are you? I think answer is simple.
