I hired a person on DP to design my blog from scratch he did a HORRIBLE JOB. And i ended up paying him to keep him happy. I am an honest person. And will pay the user after he does a DONE JOB. No HALF HALF As i am afraid the person will run and dissapear. My BLOG job is a very simple one. And i remember from before people offered me that they can finish it in 3-4 days.
