[Hire] - Small Project (PHP Script + Wordpress Integration)

    I already have the script working in full gear on my website, but I want to integrate it into my new web design/site that is using WordPress.

    I have the PHP files and mysql databases all setup in order for this script to work, i just need to get it to work on wordpress.
