I've got work for you, but it is not per hour, it is per action (per set of actions, actually).
I'll give you $5.00 for each time you complete the following.
Find 5 music forums. There are millions of them. For example, search Metallica forum on Google or even Reggae forum on Google. But first search just "music forum".
Sign up to the site, put my sites link in your signature (you'll need to make sure that the forum allows signatures).
Post three posts on the site in general sections. Post one link bait post to an article on my blog or if the forum has a link exchange section, post an offer for a link exchange with my blog in that section.
Do this for five forums. It will become easy after create a template of what you will post. You should try to be a little different in each post. Also, using an autofiller like Sxipper will cut down your time considerably. The bulkf of your time will be searching for music forums.

You said you will work for $3.5 an hour. I think once you get the hang of this you can do 5 forums in an hour easily, so that is $5.00 an hour.

Let me know if you want to take the job. I will pay you $5.00 for each set of 5 forum signups with 3 posts in each. All you have to do is send me a link to your profile on each forum and I will check the posts and send you payment. We can work out something long term if you want and cut out some of the paypal fees.

 

I can do it But the thing is complicated and the price is less so i can do it 7$ for 5 Forums !
