Hi, I am a good xhtml css layout converter. I specialize in Joomla template conversion. I have done few good monster template conversions into Joomla. I have been working from Mambo years. To be honest, not all template monster templates are convertible. However, i can suggest you better and easy to convert template monster templates that can be used for Joomla. I also convert psd to xhtml. My price is $250 for each conversion, that does not include template monster template price.
