100% payment up front? You may want to revise your terms. Nobody operates by pay first work later arrangements. No matter where you go to work, you do the work first, then you get paid. In case of outsourcing, perhaps after you have worked for a particular client for 3 years and have proven yourself as undisputedly reliable and loyal worker, then arrangements could be made to pay you 50% up front.
