Buying Hire Designer for single page website.

    Hi,

    I want a single page website designing, I would need some graphic work as well as the HTML & CSS files.

    There is also a rotating ad on the site I would like to be able to use and replace with my own banners/images and change where the links point.

    I have an example site in mind so it should be pretty easy work.

    Please PM me for more details. I am looking to pay around $50 max.

    This will probably only be an hours work for someone with experience.
