I have contracted for some work with Philance210 and despite promising the work, two deadlines have passed and still no work sent in, and no response to why. I would be cautious contracting any work that needs to be done, if they can not do simple work on time, then I doubt they can be trusted to do long term important work.. I will revise this if Philancer210 ever does the work I contracted them to do.
