Selling Hiking Wordpress/Forum/Theme/Blog

This is a 4-year old domain that I never did anything with. I decided to create a custom wordpress template and put up a wordpress blog. I installed a picture gallery and have added google adsense to the site. I have done no advertising of the site, I just added the blog in the last week. The domain name is registered at godaddy and will be expiring in the next week. It is a great older keyword domain. This niche is a good one without a lot of competition. This site is already averaging 10-20 visitors per day and I have't touched it.
