There's a person on youtube who is hijacking my videos (that I've made myself) . I have watermarked them to promote one of my sites. This person has hijacked my videos , put his watermark over mine, and he reposted the same video about 20 times under different titles, so that It gets more views. He's trying to market some affiliate product. Some of my videos are getting very good views, so this guy is reposting them with his watermark and even putting the same title as mine. He has even reposted my videos to other video sites under the same titles that I've put on my most-watched youtube videos. What can I do? I'm not gonna contact him, he seems likes a blackhatter and If I try to tell him to remove the videos, I doubt he'll comply, and I think he might try to sabotage me, bi giving my videos a rating of 1. What should I do, he's using a top level domain that redirects to his affiliate link, I guess I should file some kind of complaint to get his site blacklisted right?
I'm watermarking them professionally, I use Adobe Premiere and sometime Adobe After Effects to add some extra effects to the video.
