    He's a scammer, be careful. He tried selling me a site that I know for a fact he doesn't own and for a stupidly cheap price.

    Just by looking at the way "johny.smarty" types with all bold letters and miscellaneous caps, it looks like the same person as the OP.

    I'd say scammer as well!
