    Seems like a good name for a domain.
    Professional design. Just maybe you could change buttons in the menu when mouse i over the button.

    Yes, you should have those little circles light up.

    And, is it just me or is there a big empty white space in the middle of the page ?
    (all i see is a little low res pie chart ... )
