    I created this blog in 2008 but never actually had the chance for hardcore S E O because of other projects at hand.
    I wrote 80% of the content myself, so duplicate content is not an issue.
    I'm selling this blog because it's almost Christmas and I need to buy something for myself.
    I'm knowledgeable in Wordpress so I can assist you in whatever problems you may have.

    There's a great potential for this blog to earn more because I've seen people flocking to the site without me building links.
    Since you have the time to develop this site, earning in Adsense or some affiliate programs will come your way.

    All crucial plugins are installed, so no more problem in that area.
