    I’d like to offer up N1Directory.com for sale. I purchased this directory not a year ago, made up a new template for it and has become quite populated (about 10,000 links) and carries a PR3.

    It needs a little maintenance and some more promotion and can easily start making some real money with it. I’ve sold 14 featured links this year with it.

    I’m setting a $150 reserve for this site.

    I designed it, so the link in the footer can be removed.
