    Domain is good, it is Pr 1 but the thing is its getting expired soon, so 900$ for such domain is too high...

    I lowered the BIN to $500. However, believe or not but $900 was also not high for it. Because there are lots of searches and advertisers for the exact dictionary word. You will just need to create a simple site like wordpress and create some blog posts to bring the traffic. You may hire a writer around here. If you have a good domain, you never need to buy link or spend time for SEO, keywords, etc. It can be a real cash machine working only for you. Then if you like, you can show the revenue and sell it at 12 times of monthly revenue.
