Is there a list or website that has the most or highest searched adwords overall and not just in the category that you are looking into.

Not sure. What exactly would need one for? It seems like you'd get a lot of irrelevant traffic.

 

If I am not mistaken, the words related to:
Make Money, Debt, Work from home, etc

 

I don't think that anybody knows such but 100% sure there are such website will provide such data.

no there is no list but they ARE pretty obvious.

 

How stupid can some people be - 4th most searched is most probably done on Google itself anyway!!

 

and hitwise is pretty good for UK (& can be segmented by industry)

Actually sometimes I also searched "Google trends","Google Chrome", "Google Blog", even "Google".
One of my friends always search "Yahoo" in Google.com
