Highest rated content for adsense?

    Does anyone have any ideas for what the best content is for Adsense?

    I have heard the medical content or sites can generate the highest pay per click value?

    Also, Google Search, or Adsense? Which makes you more money?

    Yes, lists people want you to pay for, or PM them for.

    If it was Free, I kind of figure people would post it.
