Buying Highest Quality Links Project

I need the following permanent links project completed:

I have 150 urls from the one domain.
I need 4 links created for each of these urls.
2 different anchors will be used for each url.

So 1 url, 2 anchors and 2 links each anchor = 4 links per url.
Total of 600 backlinks.

Now importantly all of the 600 links must be on different c class ips.

All of the links must be on pages with PR, at least 0 but also including PR1 upwards.

All pages on which links are placed must have low no OBL, in google index and recently cached.

No blog comments or directories or forums or profiles.

I will supply an excel spreadsheet with 150 urls and 2 anchors to be used for each url.


Payment will be made weekly by paypal for each batch report of 100 links produced.
Project will last 6 weeks

Report to include url, anchors, link url and c class and PR of link.

Please note:No advance payment. payment only made weekly on submission of report and verification of link meeting requirements as listed.

How can that be when this was only put up today and payments would be made weekly after proof work had been done?... that makes no sense.
