Highest PR free listing with easy submission.

    I am looking for very high PR (7-10) directories and websites with free submission.
    If anyone has any information, please share with me and the group.

    That is exceptional if PR 7 or higher are offering Free Submissions yet. Check it out www.exactseek.com PR 7 and you can submit your site for free, there might be more, it will be great if someone can post here.

    It doesn't matter what the PR of the homepage is, it's the page where your listing appears, and that is never as much as the homepage.

    ExactSeek category pages have PR0, as far as I can tell.

    The highest PR I've ever seen on a directory category page was PR6, and that's very very unusual (most are below PR3)

    That's a very important point. You should be looking for high internal pages where your link will be. Also it needs to be STATIC and not DYNAMIC.
