what do you think the best ringtone program is for Youtube?
I would guess any of these 3. Any favorites for high conversions?
Jamster, ringtones.net (through cpa empire), or glamtones (through copeac)

No. And they'd be low anyways. The reason you get at leas the first month's commission is because a lot of people cancel after the first month. The cell provider takes half for "premium billing" and after the first pay cycle, the second one has already began. So they at least break even. Some places like playphone are even having trouble with this business model.
Not sure why so many people cancel, considering right now you see the prices 3 places when you order. (Carrier select, where you enter your number, and in the text you recieve)...damn idiots.

From what I've heard Jamster does well (in youtube descriptions)
and I'm trying Glamtones (through Copeac)

What works well in youtube descriptions? Could be very profitable. Say you have 50,000 youtueb views and 1% convert on a $5 ringtone offer that is $2500. Plus you could get more than 50,000 views, and 5% could convert, 1% could be kind of low.

What do you think about ringtone links on YouTube?

Well, considering Viacom dropped the legal bomb on youtube lately over copyright infringement, you'd have issues potentially. All the record companies monitor ringtones sites. Try and drop a 30 second preview(even a legit one) and see how long you last ;)
Youtube (is probably) much the same.

Either way, I don't like lawyers. So I'm backing off the youtube idea.

Yeah copyrighted material is definitley a risk, not really interested in that.

But I do have a ringtone link on a video that I made, and don't have any sales whatsoever and had over 500 views. So I'm wondering if it's the program that I am in, FlyCell, though I heard it does really well, or that I'm putting the link right in the youtube description, and not using a javascript to cover up a very long affiliate link, all they see is http://www...
    which might be too small.

There is a legal way to promote ringtone ads on YouTube. Flycell isn't the best converting offer in my experience.

SMS-Affiliates pays out on recurring traffic each month, but that's for text content alerts. We do not do any ringtone offers simply because of the high overheads in royalties, copyright etc etc. But by creating our own text content alerts, (horoscopes, diet tips, celebrity gossip), basically you name it and we will make a content 'channel' for your niche - except porn/gambling etc.

Our initial CPA is $4 for US traffic, and then a further $4 for every month that the customer stays on subscribed. So that's a possible $48 per year per sale. Realistically, subscribers will not stay with us for 12 months, but a typical total revenue per sale is $16.

We run our own platform, so we control the offer content and pricepoint.

Let me know if anyone is interested. We pay out by Paypal to all affiliates - international is ok. Our offers will also be available on the UK and Ozzie mobile networks in a few weeks

Do not consider the CPA rate alone - it's the conversion rate and rentention rate that is important. A high CPA is only possible with a high scrub - money doesn't grow on trees! We do no scrubbing - zilch, because we do not need to - we make a small profit in the 1st month of the sale, and then again for every subsequent month. So it is entirely to our benefit (and yours), for us to convince the subscriber to stay on board - by offering them good, honest content.

    do ring-tone offers work anymore?
    or is the market over-saturated?

do people really get so much for just a lead?
