    Not sure where you guys are getting your numbers from. Jamster, one of the big boys only offer a $8 CPA....where do you get 12, 15, 18 etc...??? http://ad.jamster.com/onsite/affiliate/

    ...I get them by logging into my affiliate network and checking the payout. And realizing any default payout can get raised by 20% at least.

    It is worth bearing in mind that from a £3.00 ringtone charge the company only makes approx 40p profit after all the costs of SMS billing, delivery, and royalty fees.

    CPAempire, Copeac, Neverblue Ads. Those ones I know have ringtones.
    If you're really new, sometimes a smaller company can be better(they have more ability to help you individually). I'm not 100% positive these guys have tones, but I'm pretty sure.

    i use fly cell for cpaempire and its payout is $16 and i use glamtones for copeac and its $12 and for never blue i use send me moblie and its payout is $13 but for different carries the leads may be different

    Recurring billing gets them their profit. And it's a competitive market, so they have to pay out a % of the original order.
