    which ones do you get the highest CPM for? And I mean real CPM that you actually end up getting shaving and all other dodgy occurrences considered?

    No idea actually..

    I think everyone favour Google Adsense.. me too.. Simple and easy to set up and also gives modest CPMs..... I wonder if there's anything better than google...
