Once you get your list of high paying niches...do yourself a favor, and find a niche within the niche. Meaning if you want to go after Loans, or Medical...narrow it down to "Student Loan Consolidation" or "Lung Cancer Symptoms" as examples. You'll have a much easier time competing and getting traffic, but you'll still have relatively high click values. However, these topics are very boring, and unless you just LOVE writing about student loans, you'll be better off doing a site on something that interests you.
Probably the best answer. The more you know about a subject the more you write differently and more unique content! (also more enthusiastic witting which attracts visitors)
