There are so many spammy mesothelioma sites out there now that it's a burden for those who actually do have the condition and want to find non-generic information. The most expensive Adwords, which will usually bring the highest paying Adsense clicks, are those related to industries with high profit margins. Keywords related to litigation and defense attornies are always high. If you've ever had a DWI, you'd know that lawyers' fees alone can be thousands of dollars for a case they might spend 2 hours of their time on. A lawyer who wins a class action lawsuit might earn the equivalent of a thousand dollars an hour on that case. Think of some other industries where a new customer/client is very valuable to a company. Insurance and credit are 2 that come to mind. It's no use targeted specific keywords on a given list, as the prices are always changing. Find an industry that is profitable and make a site covering a specific part of that industry.

Actually that might be a bad idea. The last time I checked, and it was a few years ago, Google's Adsense TOS had something in it about not putting Adsense on pharmaceutical websites.
I have a keyword delivered everyday? niche-a-day delivers a high key word to start from every day if you like and you can work from there with 'tools' for your assistance. Then build keyword rich sites, to your liking, hhmm... BTW there are programs/people that utilize keyword flipping for outrageously low amounts on the spectrum of paying out the adwords (tm) but instead pay the "flipper" much better say 20-25X as much for the captured data or applications recv'd from the flips. Just an FYI.

DWI lawyer keywords are also high value, because people are willing to spend thousands on a lawyer that can help them keep their license and avoid hefty fines.
