Highest paying CPA company?

    I have been trying to search the forum but did not find any threads, well some similar.

    I am with CPAlead right now but am wondering what is the who is the highest paying CPA company? Can you please post what type of CPAs they offer and an average $$ per lead. Thanks.

    I don't know if you're talking about the gateways/incentive networks...But the best ones are Hydra, Azoogle , NeverBlue and copeac

    Well for CPAlead im using a pop-up gateway that users can't pass a page until they complete.. What other types are there?
