I am looking for the highest pay per download program. As far as i know, Sharecash has the highest program right now because they give at least 20 cents per download. I am not sure about the other programs. The only downside is that their is a lot of problems when the user has done all the offers in their area. Sharecash does not have THAT many offers/surveys. Any ideas?
